We first contacted Paul as our dog Millie was showing some undesirable behaviours such as trying to steal food , begging and humping .

Paul helped us to put some boundaries in place that helped Millie to understand her place in the family and by keeping it simple this was easily achieved.

The advice he gave us was clear , precise and with the intention of helping both ourselves and Millie to live happily together which has meant that things have improved for us all.

Paul took the time to observe Millie's behaviour in our house first hand and really got a grasp of what the underlying issues were and wasn't afraid to point out where we were confusing Millie with our own actions and inconsistent commands. Understanding Millie's thinking really helped us to change things so that she understands what we want and expect from her whilst allowing us to continue to treat her as a member of the family not just a pet.
